About SDGR
Schrodinger, Inc. is a developer of a physics-based computational platform that enables discovery of molecules for drug development and materials applications. The Company's segments include Software and Drug Discovery. The Software segment is focused on selling software to transform drug discovery across the life sciences industry, as well as to customers in the material science industries. The Drug Discovery segment is focused on building a portfolio of preclinical and clinical drug programs, internally and through collaborations. It offers WaterMap, which characterizes the locations and energetics of water molecules occupying the binding site of, or solvating, a target protein. It also offers FEP+, which is a free energy calculation software which can be used to replace the central core of earlier known tight binding molecules to identify potent molecules unavailable in library collections. It can also be used to calculate absolute binding affinities.
