AerCap has announced its major business transactions during the second quarter 2026: Signed 120 lease agreements, including 11 widebody aircraft, 47 narrowbody aircraft, 49 engines and 13 helicopters; Completed 33 purchases of 25 aircraft, 5 engines for AerCap's owned portfolio and 3 helicopters; Completed 49 sale transactions for 45 aircraft, 2 engines and 2 helicopters; Signed financing transactions for approximately $2.2B; Repurchased approximately 4.9M shares, at an average price of $141.24 per share, for a total of approximately $691M.

AerCap (AER) announced that it has delivered the first of three new Airbus (EADSY) A321neo aircraft to Azerbaijan Airlines, or AZAL. The aircraft was handed over at a ceremony at the Airbus Delivery Centre in Hamburg, marking the introduction of the A321neo into AZAL's fleet. This delivery is part of a broader program agreed in 2024, which includes three A321neo and three A320neo aircraft. The first two A320neos were delivered earlier this year, with the remaining aircraft scheduled for delivery through November.
