Autoliv (ALV) announced that XPENG (XPEV) and Autoliv Management have signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to support the development of safer mobility solutions for global markets. "The partnership reflects both companies' ambition to strengthen collaboration across markets and support future mobility development in a rapidly changing global automotive landscape," the companies said. Under the agreement, Autoliv and XPENG will expand collaboration across several areas, including technology development, digitalization, supply chain coordination, sustainability, and global business expansion, combining Autoliv's safety expertise with XPENG's advancements in smart electric mobility.

Autoliv announced that Great Wall Motor and Autoliv Management have signed a Global Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement. The agreement marks a new phase in the companies' long-term global partnership. The new agreement builds on the collaboration established in 2023. Through this agreement, Autoliv and GWM aim to increase resilience and enhance their joint competitiveness in global markets, with a clear focus on supporting GWM as it continues to expand internationally. It also provides a solid foundation for long-term, high-quality development and a more integrated global partnership. Under the renewed framework, the companies will expand cooperation across key areas, including global business growth, supply chain collaboration, localized operations, development of integrated safety systems, and sustainable growth.

Autoliv announced that Kevin Fox has notified the Company that he is resigning as the President, Autoliv Americas for personal reasons. "He remains in his current position through August 31, 2026, and thereafter will serve as executive senior advisor to the CEO through February 28, 2027, to support with the transition to his successor, unless otherwise agreed by the parties," the company stated. Mikael Bratt, President and CEO of the Company, said: "We sincerely thank Kevin for his 30 years of service to Autoliv, both in the United States and in Brazil, including particularly the six years he served on the Executive Management Team. Kevin has built a great team which will continue to drive the division's performance. He will be missed and we wish him the best as he retires and turns his focus to personal priorities."
