Asure Software announced its partnership with the North Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association, or NCRLA, the state's trade organization representing more than 25,000 restaurant and lodging businesses. Through this partnership, Asure will serve as a preferred solutions provider, offering NCRLA members access to HR, payroll, time and attendance, and compliance solutions.

Asure Software announced the expansion of its partnership with FRPG Restaurant Rewards, one of the nation's largest Group Purchasing Organizations serving independent restaurant operators. "Expanding our partnership with FRPG speaks to our shared focus on supporting independent restaurant operators," said Eyal Goldstein, president and chief revenue officer of Asure. "FRPG has built an incredible community of businesses committed to growth, and we're proud to strengthen this relationship by helping their members simplify operations and stay ahead of today's workforce challenges."

Sees Q2 adjusted EBITDA $6M-$8M. The company said, "Looking ahead, we remain focused on the strategic investments we believe will sustain this growth trajectory. We are expanding our sales and marketing efforts and advancing our AI capabilities, which we expect to enhance the client's experience while lowering our cost to serve over time.
