Atlantic International announced that its Circle8 Group platform has received a one-year contract extension from Rijkswaterstaat, the executive agency of the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management. The extension is effective from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, and represents an estimated annual contract value of approximately $175M. Under the agreement, Circle8 will continue as a strategic delivery partner supporting the agency's technology and digital transformation initiatives. The announcement comes as Atlantic International prepares to launch its corporate rebranding to Circle8. "Our pipeline for new business opportunities continues to be very robust. The extension of our relationship with Rijkswaterstaat is another significant milestone for Circle8 and reflects the confidence our customers continue to place in our people, our expertise and our ability to deliver important mission-critical technology solutions," said Guus Franke, CEO of Atlantic International.

Atlantic International announced that it has received formal notification from Nasdaq confirming that the company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250 relating to the timely filing of periodic reports.

Revenue for the fourth quarter of 2025 was $120.0 million, compared to $129.5 million in the prior-year period. Gross profit for the fourth quarter of 2025 was $11.0 million, or 9.1% of revenue, compared to $13.3 million, or 10.3% of revenue, in the prior-year period, primarily reflecting lower demand from one of the Company's largest clients. Adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter of 2025 was $(4.0) million compared to $1.9 million in the prior-year period.
