Core AI Holdings (CHAI) announced the appointment of Arie Goor as its CFO, effective July 1. Goor joins Core AI Holdings with more than 15 years of executive financial leadership experience spanning corporate finance, capital markets, strategic transactions, and financial management across the biotechnology, medical device, and technology sectors. Prior to joining Core AI Holdings, Goor served as CFO of Regentis Biomaterials (RGNT).

Core AI Holdings announced the formation of a strategic joint venture with Allianca Group. Core AI will contribute its AI-native infrastructure strategy and capital markets expertise. Allianca will contribute a fully integrated, turnkey delivery model. The joint venture is designed to compress development timelines, reduce execution risk, and deliver AI-ready capacity faster than traditional build cycles allow.

Core AI Holdings announced it has entered into a strategic joint venture agreement with Toto Digital & Technology Solutions. The joint venture establishes a platform to develop and operate advanced data center campuses purpose-built for high-performance computing and artificial intelligence workloads. The partnership is designed to capitalize on the accelerating global demand for compute capacity.
