The Company is a supplier of aircraft parts for fixed wing aircraft and helicopters in both the commercial and defense markets in the United States. It provides manufacturing engineering, program management, supply chain management, kitting, and maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) services. Its products are used by customers in the production and refurbishment of fixed wing aircraft, helicopters, electronic warfare systems, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems, missiles, autonomous systems, and other sophisticated A&D products. The Company is a prime contractor to the United States Department of Defense (DOD), primarily for the United States Air Force (USAF). Its products are used by original equipment manufacturers within both commercial aerospace and national security markets.
