DarioHealth announced a new agreement with a major health insurer with a stronghold in Arizona, entered into through its strategic channel partnership with Amwell. This opportunity makes Dario's cardiometabolic solution available to the insurer's Administrative Services Only book of business, representing access to hundreds of thousands of covered lives. DarioHealth announced that one of the 5 largest health insurers in the U.S. has extended its initial agreement and expanded its relationship with Dario by adding the company's hypertension solution, following Dario's behavioral health offering. The health plan's roll out of Dario's cardiometabolic care increases the addressable population and has the potential to approximately triple Dario's revenue opportunity under this customer relationship. Revenue contribution from the expanded program is expected in 2026, with higher impact in 2027 onward. The expansion marks the third health plan customer to broaden its deployment beyond an initial condition. Under the expanded agreement, eligible members will now also have access to Dario's AI-powered hypertension solution across the full blood pressure continuum, from pre-hypertension through Stage 2 hypertension.

DarioHealth announced it has entered into a Collaborative Services Agreement with Beluga Health, establishing a strategic partnership to deliver a provider-backed, digitally-enabled model for longitudinal care, population health and quality improvement. By combining Dario's multi-condition engagement offering with Beluga's physician-led, 50-state clinical network, the monitoring, detection and treatment of members can happen within one platform. Coaching, AI-driven triage and, with Beluga, clinical treatment across hypertension, diabetes, obesity, behavioral health and musculoskeletal care, are now all integrated in a single, easy-to-manage vendor relationship. When a member's biometric signal deteriorates, the platform automatically routes patients directly to a prescribing clinician - completing the loop from initial detection all the way through treatment. This whole approach effects an entire category advancement.
