Citi and Barclays are acting as joint book running managers for the offering.

FuelCell Energy announced the launch of an underwritten public offering of $200M of shares of its common stock. All of the shares are being offered by FuelCell Energy. FuelCell Energy intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, if completed, for capital expenditures related to expansion of manufacturing capacity to support growth, working capital and general corporate purposes. Citigroup and Barclays are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
