Reason
BofA downgraded Fox Factory to Underperform from Neutral with a price target of $20, down from $24. While business line rationalization, supply chain and materials cost productivity, and opex reduction initiatives should drive an uptick in second half margins, the firm sees limited 2026 earnings upside. In addition, the industry-wide aluminum supply disruption that has impacted the company's Aftermarket Applications Group could last longer into Q3, the analyst tells investors.
