Happen (HAPN), formerly LendingClub (LC), announced the official launch of the Happen Bank brand, marking a significant milestone in its evolution into a digital bank for people who want to make more happen with their money. Beginning June 22, Happen Bank's brand comes to life at www.happen.com, its mobile app, customer communications, advertising, and more. This also marks the first day that Happen common stock will trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the "HAPN" ticker.

Marqeta (MQ) announced the appointment of Lukasz Strozek as the Company's Chief Technology Officer, effective May 18, 2026. Strozek will lead the company's global technology and engineering functions. He will join Marqeta from LendingClub Corp. (LC), where he served as CTO responsible for the engineering, product, and data organizations.
