Strategy in Talks with Moelis for Preferred Share Exchange
Distressed-debt funds that snapped up Strategy's (MSTR) beaten-down preferred shares are in talks with Moelis (MC) about exchanging their holdings for other preferred shares at a discounted price, or potentially for common shares, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg's Reshmi Basu. Such a potential swap is being pitched as "a win-win as the relentless rout in crypto puts the Bitcoin accumulator in an increasingly tough spot," the report stated.
