Reason
B. Riley raised the firm's price target on Marcus to $27 from $25 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The outlook reflects improved near-term assumptions driven by May domestic box office outperformance and stronger confidence in Q2 upside, but while there is potential for further gains from continued box office strength, windowing progress, and guild renewal tailwinds, much of the bullish scenario may already be reflected in valuations, leaving limited upside and a more selective stance going forward, the analyst tells investors in a research note.

Reason
Wedbush raised the firm's price target on Marcus to $23 from $22 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm has a positive bias, as Marcus is poised to benefit from a more consistent theatrical release slate over the next several quarters; is likely to raise the dividend back toward pre-pandemic rates, repurchase shares, and/or locate accretive M&A in both theaters and hotels, with no significant debt maturities until 2027; and owns most of its properties with room to monetize surplus real estate.
