Truist downgraded Sila Realty Trust (SILA) to Hold from Buy with a price target of $30, up from $28. The firm expects the sale of the company to affiliates of Blue Owl Real Estate Capital LLC (OWL) for $30.38 per share in cash to close relatively soon, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
