Allegiant Travel Expects Combined Q2 EPS of At Least $1.25
Following Allegiant Travel's (ALGT) acquisition of Sun Country Airlines (SNCY) on May 13, the company noted in a regulatory filing that its second quarter results will reflect consolidated financial and operational performance for the combined company from the date of close through quarter end. "We now expect second quarter 2026 adjusted earnings per share for the combined entity to be at least $1.25, inclusive of Sun Country's results from May 13, 2026, through June 30," the company stated. The company assumes combined entity fuel cost per gallon of about $4.20 in Q2, it noted.
