SuperCom announced that it has won a new electronic monitoring contract in the state of Michigan. This new county-level contract with the county's pre-trial and work release division utilizes SuperCom's proprietary PureOne GPS technology to support the agency's offender supervision program. The project marks SuperCom's entry into Michigan, representing the Company's 18th new U.S. state since mid-2024.

SuperCom has signed the contract and launched the national electronic monitoring project with Norway's Prison and Probation Service after the customary standstill period. The contract displaces the over-20-year incumbent. The total project value is estimated to range from $1.8M, reflecting the base case scenario previously announced, to the $6.1M budget published by the customer. Norway's published budget reflects launching additional programs and the deployment of more monitoring units. Revenues recognized by SuperCom will depend on actual usage levels. SuperCom will deploy an aggregate of approximately 1,000 PureOne GPS tracking and PureCom house-arrest monitoring units. The contract may be expanded to include facility tracking and PureTrack GPS in the future, in addition to other new products.

SuperCom has signed the contract for and launched the national electronic monitoring project with Sweden's Prison and Probation Services, the customer, following completion of the customary standstill waiting period and contract negotiations. This project was formally awarded earlier this year through a five-company competitive bid process. The contract establishes SuperCom as Sweden's national EM provider on a larger scale than its first national project in Sweden, launched in 2019. The total project value is estimated to range from $17M, reflecting the base case scenario previously announced, to $75M, the budget published by the customer. The nationwide contract is designed to cover all of Sweden's prison and probation electronic monitoring programs, reflecting roughly 6x the scale of the program SuperCom first launched with the same customer in 2019.

SuperCom announced that it has been awarded a new national electronic monitoring contract by Norway's Prison and Probation Service. This award marks the 5th and final country in the Nordic region to select SuperCom's PureSecurity Suite, completing the company's Nordic footprint. Under the contract, SuperCom will deploy its PureSecurity Electronic Monitoring Suite to support a broad range of public safety programs across Norway, including GPS tracking of offenders, RF-based monitoring, and facility-based supervision. The contract was awarded to SuperCom following a competitive RFP process that included a pre-qualification phase, product evaluations, and multiple offer phases. SuperCom achieved the highest technology score along with highest total score in the competitive process. The contract is structured around an initial three-year term, with a valuation of approximately $1.8M, and there are options for extension of this term. The deployment is expected to include approximately 1,000 monitoring units with options to grow over time. This award will go through the customary standstill waiting period before the contract signing is approved, and the project is launched. SuperCom management expects to provide further information on such in future communications.
