SU Group Holdings announced that it has been awarded a new Extra Low Voltage, ELV, security solution contract valued at more than $1M, with revenue expected to be recognized by the end of 2026. The contract represents another major public-sector project win for SU Group following its ELV contract awarded last year. The new award further demonstrates the Company's ability to deliver integrated security and communications infrastructure for public facilities in Hong Kong. Under the agreement, SU Group will supply and implement an ELV security solution for a major cultural facility currently under construction in Tin Shui Wai. Together, these systems are designed to support the safety, security, operational efficiency, and long-term resilience of this major public cultural facility. The facility is expected to serve as the Leisure and Cultural Services Department's primary hub for artifact preservation, conservation studios, and public education.

SU Group announced a distributorship agreement with Germany's GEZE, a multi-national manufacturer in innovative door, window and safety technology for Smart Buildings. The agreement broadens SU Group's product and solutions portfolio with GEZE's extensive range of advanced building technologies, including automatic door systems, window technology, safety systems, smoke and heat extraction solutions, access control-related applications and building automation capabilities.

SU Group files to sell 38.32M shares of Class A ordinary shares for holders

SU Group was awarded the installation of a cross-border security and high-speed vehicle clearance system for the new Huanggang Port, designed to be a high-traffic facility connecting Hong Kong and Shenzhen. SU Group's system is powered by AI-enabled image processing to help compensate for uneven vehicle drive-through speeds. The new port is designed to handle approximately 200,000 to 300,000 daily passenger trips and 15,000 vehicles, while reducing clearance time from about 30 minutes to approximately 5 minutes. The system enables rapid, high-resolution scanning of vehicle undercarriages to help detect contraband, hidden compartments, structural tampering and individuals attempting to conceal themselves underneath vehicles. The new Huanggang Port is expected to open on July 1. SU Group previously installed similar UVSS technology at another border location.
