SuperX AI Technology announced that SuperX Optical Communications, a Singapore joint venture jointly established by SuperX, a Singapore subsidiary of Suzhou TFC Optical Communication and APEX VERVE LIMITED, has completed business registration and full capital contribution, marking the official launch of the joint venture agreement. The joint venture entity has a registered capital of SGD 2M. SuperX holds a 45% equity stake, TFC's Singapore subsidiary holds 35%, and APEX VERVE LIMITED holds the remaining 20%. The company adopts a multi-party collaborative board governance structure, with each party appointing directors to jointly participate in R&D, operation and market planning. Leveraging complementary resources in AI server, optical device manufacturing and regional channel networks, the joint venture's business covers all global markets excluding Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao. Enabled by integrated technologies from all parties, the joint venture has rolled out two self-developed silicon-photonics optical modules: XOC 800G OSFP and XOC 1.6T OSFP. Both adopt silicon-photonics integration solution based on 1310nm CW laser light source, supporting a transmission distance of up to 500 meters over single-mode fiber, complying with OSFP MSA Rev.5.0 and CMIS Rev.5.1management interface standards. Tailored for high-speed computing scenarios of 800G and 1.6T respectively, they support mainstream Ethernet and InfiniBand protocols to meet the high-speed interconnection demands of AI supercomputing clusters.The three parties will jointly advance customer testing and validation of the two optical transceivers, and deploy supporting facilities for multiple GW-scale computing centers in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Executives of SuperX AI met with Olzhas Bektenov, the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum's Summer Davos in Dalian on June 23. The parties discussed a proposal for the phased construction of a 1-gigawatt AI computing park, which SuperX views as a potential entry point into Central Asia's digital infrastructure market. During the meeting, SuperX expressed interest in a proposed three-year tiered investment and construction roadmap. Under this proposal, a 200-megawatt computing cluster would be targeted for completion in 2027, an additional 300 megawatts in 2028, and a further 500-megawatt capacity expansion in 2029. The conceptual 1-gigawatt national intelligent computing center would be intended to function as a cross-border computing node bridging Europe and Asia. Discussions also touched upon the potential establishment of a tripartite joint working group to oversee land use, energy supply, fiscal and tax policies, and talent development. The Kazakh side has invited SuperX's team to conduct local site-selection surveys to further evaluate the feasibility of the project.

SuperX AI announced the launch of its first U.S. AI Inference Cloud Hub in Denver, Colorado, marking the company's first operational cloud deployment in North America. Powered by NVIDIA AI accelerator technologies, the Denver Hub is designed to deliver high-performance, low-latency, and reliable AI inference services for enterprise customers. The platform supports a range of AI workloads while remaining compatible with current and future NVIDIA computing platforms. To accommodate different deployment requirements, SuperX offers both "On-Demand" and "Reserved Capacity" models.

SuperX AI Technology announced the successful completion of the first batch delivery of high-performance AI servers from its Japan Global Supply Center to Digital Dynamic on March 24.
