Uber CEO Resigns from Grab Board of Directors
In a regulatory filing, Grab Holdings (GRAB) announced that Uber (UBER) CEO Dara Khosrowshahi has stepped down from its Board of Directors, effective July 6, 2026. Uber's economic interest in Grab is unchanged by this Board transition. With this change, the Board comprises six directors, of whom four are independent. Shares of Grab Holdings are down 3% to $3.78 in afternoon trading.
