Veeva has acquired Copli, a company dealing in agentic medical, legal, and regulatory solutions for the life sciences industry. Copli is now available as Veeva Falcon MLR, an agentic MLR solution designed to accelerate content review with the potential to eliminate 70% or more of manual MLR labor within five years. Veeva Falcon MLR brings agentic automation to marketing teams, MLR groups, and agencies. It executes reviews of promotional and medical materials, conducting compliance checks against approved labels and local regulations, to minimize manual effort and free reviewers for higher value work.

Veeva announced a series of executive leadership appointments. Greg Deisher has been promoted to executive VP and COO. Mark Tubinis, Veea's chief commercial officer, has been promoted to executive VP and Thomas Latiolais has been appointed chief marketing officer, or CMO. Prior to joining Veea, Latiolais held engineering, product, and strategy roles at Vapor IO.
