ZIM Integrated is down -8.5%, or -$2.17 to $23.40.

ZIM Integrated Shipping Services provided an update regarding its previously announced merger agreement with Hapag-Lloyd. "The Company continues to act in accordance with the agreement and in ongoing collaboration with the relevant state authorities as part of the regulatory review process," the company said.
