Its marketed products include oral, once-daily ORLADEYO for the prevention of HAE attacks and RAPIVAB (peramivir injection) for the treatment of acute uncomplicated influenza in the United States. Its other products and product candidates include BCX17725, navenibart, Avoralstat, STAR-0310, RAPIACTA (peramivir injection) and PERAMIFLU (peramivir injection). The RAPIVAB (peramivir injection) is approved in the United States for the treatment of acute uncomplicated influenza for patients six months and older. Peramivir injection is also approved in Canada (RAPIVAB), Australia (RAPIVAB), Japan (RAPIACTA), Taiwan (RAPIACTA), and Korea (PERAMIFLU). It has also obtained an early-stage program for atopic dermatitis (AD), STAR0310.
